Thoughts On World Environment Day Everything in nature, around us and within us-we are all made up of the FIVE ELEMENTS i.e. the PANCHATATVAs!! The existence ,the movement ,the functioning of the entire natural ecosystem-broadly or at cellular level is about the dynamics of these elements and the balance between them The Panchatatvas, The Tridoshas ,The Trigunas: In Ayurveda all these are what make or break us!!! In terms of mental, physical and spiritual health-it really is all about finding our own unique balance within ourselves and tune our mind and body accordingly. When we listen to ourselves ,our elements at play and respond ;then only we are in sync with our self, our environment. Then only we truly respect it..we preserve it..we value it......! What we HAVE within and AROUND is our greatest Asset. Save the Elements & their Force, Save the environment to Save ourselves. \
